Hi Jeff! Do you ship t-shirts to sweden to or is it in US only? By the way..in max-ot should I do 9 set for big musclegroups and 6 set for smaller musclegroups or is it enough with 7-8 on big and 4-5 on smaller?

Yes, I can ship the shirts to Sweden. When you fill out the order form it will have a place to put in your country.
